I thought the movie was amazing(yes, a lot of the humor was juvenile). The closest comic page to movie conversion there has ever been, I'd say. Also, that was definitely a decomissioned SHIELD helicarrier they were fighting on at the end, no? The only thing missing were the logos. From the commercial/trailer, I just thought it was an aircraft carrier, but it had the two jet engines/turbines on each side that would keep it up in the air.

Writers confirmed it was a helicarrier, but they couldn't get the rights to make it official
