Honestly, Spider-Man/Deadpool has lost all of its charm without Kelly and McGuinness attached. I don't think I'll be sticking with it. Pass on all the guest issues too, that's a lot and I can't be too reckless with my spending. So for me, it actually looks like just Deadpool #35.

Does this mean that Mercs for Money and Uncanny Avengers are ending/being relaunched?

Yeah Mercs is cancelled. Deadpool leaves UA with issue #23

Also, where did you see/read that?

Looks to be permanent. A new writer takes over with issue #24 and by all accounts Deadpool and Cable both leave the team. The end of #23 sets up the future of the team and Deadpool separately.
